START &amp; RESTART PROCEDURES<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The leader controls the start and may accelerate at any point within the designated start zone.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The leader has the choice of inside or outside on double-file restarts. For the original start, the driver scheduled to start 1st will start inside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restarts are <\/span><b>double-file<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> unless changed to single-file due to:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consecutive cautions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fewer than 10 laps remaining<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admin discretion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restart order is determined by iRacing timing and scoring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Jump Start Penalty:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2-spot deduction per position gained.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>5. COMPETITION &amp; CONDUCT RULES<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>5.1 Incident &amp; Caution Review<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Race Control reviews all caution incidents before returning to green.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drivers ruled at fault will receive an <\/span><b>EOL (End of Line)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> penalty.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accumulating <\/span><b>two (2) EOLs in a single night<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> results in being <\/span><b>parked<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the remainder of that event night.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Race Control will also conduct a post-event review to identify any incidents that may have been missed during the session. Any resulting adjustments or penalties may be issued within 24 hours of the event\u2019s conclusion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>5.2 Contact &amp; Driving Standards<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intentional contact or retaliation results in <\/span><b>immediate disqualification (DQ)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Intentional cautions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> may result in immediate DQ and potential race bans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wall riding, unrealistic exploits, and overly aggressive driving may result in penalties or DQ per the iRacing Sporting Code.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>6. PIT ROAD RULES<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drivers may not re-enter the racing surface under green after pitting <\/span><b>unless<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> safely tagging the field after it passes the pit exit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a car loses its top wing, the driver must remain in the pits until repairs restore a functional wing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>7. MEDIA &amp; BROADCAST POLICY<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Top 3 finishers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> must report to the Broadcast Waiting Room in the DIRTcar eSports Discord following their session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drivers must maintain respectful conduct toward competitors, officials, and broadcast staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Misconduct may result in chat restrictions, probation, suspension, or removal from the series.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>8. DISCIPLINARY ACTION &amp; PAYOUTS<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disqualified drivers forfeit all payouts from that event.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remaining competitors are moved up accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>9. ROSTERS &amp; SEEDING<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preliminary Night rosters are assigned based on driver selection and competitive distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LCS and Main Event rosters are determined <\/span><b>strictly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by Preliminary results.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>10. DISCORD &amp; PAINT SCHEMES<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure proper identification during broadcasts, drivers must incorporate their assigned event number clearly and visibly into their paint scheme.
