DIRTcar champions Sheppard and Hoffman make statements in 50-lap Feature<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n While Devin Moran finally exorcised he and his family\u2019s racing demons at Eldora Speedway by winning the Friday preliminary Feature in the 30th Dirt Late Model Dream, DIRTcar champions Brandon Sheppard and Nick Hoffman made their presence felt as well on Dirt Late Model racing\u2019s biggest stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Moran, 29, of Dresden, OH, took the lead from the pole on Lap 1 and never looked back, leading all 50 laps of the main event for his first career Eldora triumph. The win ended a 23-year-long drought of no Moran-family racers in Victory Lane at the historic half-mile oval \u2013 going back to 2001 when his father, Donnie Moran, won the first edition of the Eldora Million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
