A $2,500 prize is on the line in a 75-lap Feature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Joining the DIRTcar Sportsman Series on both nights is the Super DIRTcar Series.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you can\u2019t make it to the track, watch all the action live on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirtvision.com\/?__hstc=102296926.5d249dbeacf76758e5f82bf8dfc812b8.1698694672108.1707322829637.1707334710437.114&amp;__hssc=102296926.2.1707334710437&amp;__hsfp=304880126\">DIRTVision, either online or with the DIRTVision app.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">For more on the DIRTcar Northeast, follow the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DIRTcar\">DIRTcar Facebook<\/a>\u00a0page and the Series\u2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DIRTcarNE\">X\/(Twitter) page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Here\u2019s a look at what to watch for this weekend:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>McPherson Leads the Charge: <\/strong>With home track and regional bonus points added to the Series standings, Cody McPherson is the current point leader entering Friday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The St. Catharines, ON driver won the last event at Ransomville and aims to pad his 38-point lead over Zach Sobotka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">McPherson has more DIRTcar Sportsman Series wins than any other driver (25) and can add a new track to his win total at Can-Am.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He already scored a victory in Central Region competition at Weedsport in June and won the <em>Sportsman Classic<\/em> in 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Eisele Aims for Three: <\/strong>While McPherson won at Ransomville, Gavin Eisele won the other two championship Series events at Glen Ridge Motorsports Park and Fulton Speedway.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He can add a third at Can-Am, his home track, on Friday. He had 10 top fives in 13 races at the &#8220;Nasty Track of the North&#8221; in 2024, narrowly missing out on a track championship by 20 points.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eisele hasn\u2019t finished outside the top three in three championship Series starts. He also earned a runner-up finish at Can-Am in April during a North Region event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Fear The Beard: <\/strong>Mike Fowler was the driver who beat Eisele and Eric Nier to win the Can-Am track championship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Fulton, NY driver finished the season at the 1\/2-mile with two wins, six top fives, and 11 top 10s in 13 starts. However, he\u2019s yet to earn a top five finish in three championship Series events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fowler enters the weekend seventh in points, 80 points behind McPherson.
