Rain Forces 358 Modified Series to Abandon Race at Mohawk International Speedway
AKWESASNE, NY – August 9, 2018 – Due to persistent rains at Mohawk International Speedway, Mohawk management and DIRTcar officials have been forced to abandon the attempt on tonight’s DIRTcar 358 Modified Series race.
39 drivers came out to support the Series race, and track workers did everything they could to keep the track in racing condition.
DIRTcar Officials and Mohawk International Speedway will be actively seeking a date to reschedule. Fans should save their tickets to use on the makeup date. Stay tuned to DIRTcar.com and @DIRTcarNE on Twitter for updates to the schedule.
