After hearing the appeal on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, the DIRTcar Appeal Commission has determined to modify the original penalty that was issued to the driver regarding the violation of the DIRTcar Racing Event procedures as follows:
Penalty / Fine:
- Suspended from all DIRTcar tracks and/or events effective 9/1/2018 through 12/31/2018.
- Loss of points and Earnings from 9/1/2018 event.
- Probation from 12/31/2018 through 12/31/2019
As a member in good standing, and according to Section 12 of the Series Rule Book, a request for review by the Chairman Potestas may be considered.
