With Super DIRT Week 54 looming next month, the DIRTcar Pro Stock Series returns for three consecutive weekends of action, culminating in the season’s final race at Oswego Speedway.
First up is a stop at Mohawk International Raceway in Akwesasne, NY, on Saturday, Sept. 19, for the season’s second visit at the 4/10-mile facility.
Drivers will battle in a 30-lap Feature paying $1,500-to-win.
Joining the DIRTcar Pro Stock Series are the track’s Mini Stock, Limited Sportsman, and DIRTcar Sportsman divisions.

Here’s a look at what to watch for at Mohawk:
Road to the Title: Four races remain in the battle for the 2026 DIRTcar Pro Stock Series championship, and Bastien Caron has emerged as the frontrunner for the title.
The Inverness, QC, driver holds a 38-point lead over six-time Series champion Pete Stefanski, thanks to a victory, five top fives, and five top 10s. Caron is the defending winner of the September Mohawk stop and finished fourth there two months ago.
He’s searching for his third career Series victory, after winning at Cornwall Motor Speedway in July.
Stefanski, meanwhile, is searching for his first Series win of 2026, and is coming off three straight top 10s highlighted by a second-place finish at Lebanon Valley Speedway. One of those top-10 finishes came at Mohawk in July when he finished 10th. Stefanski crossed the line seventh in last year’s event.
If the North Tonawanda, NY driver wins this weekend, it’ll be his 29th career Series triumph.
Tied For Third: While Caron and Stefanski are out front, defending I Love NY 50 winner Devon Camenga and Jason Casey are tied for third, 66 points behind Caron.
Camenga, from Troy, NY, has made two starts at Mohawk, finishing eighth last season and 12th in July. He’s aiming for his second career Series win.
Casey, meanwhile, has also made two starts at Mohawk, but seven years apart. The Canaan, CT driver finished seventh in both races, with this year’s finish happening after he started 14th.
If Casey finds Victory Lane, it’ll be his first DIRTcar Pro Stock Series win.
Hometown Sweep: Mohawk is the lone track on the 2026 DIRTcar Pro Stock Series schedule that will host two events this season.
In July, Zack Daniels beat the Mohawk regulars and the Series stars for his first career Series triumph. The Plattsburgh, NY driver added another regular-season win, along with nine top fives in 11 starts.
Sid Harmer Jr., meanwhile, earned the track championship this year, outdueling Dakota Sharp by 89 points. Harmer, who won at Autodrome Drummond with the Series in May, had five victories, 11 top fives and 12 top 10s in 12 races. He’s chasing his fourth career Series win, and third at Mohawk.
Sharp, from Colton, NY, has eight top fives and nine top 10s in 12 starts, reaching Victory Lane on twice. He’s searching for his first career Series win.
