CORNWALL, Ontario – June 6, 2012 – DIRTcar Racing and Cornwall Motor Speedway officials have rescheduled this past weekend’s rained-out DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series and DIRTcar Pro Stock Series events to Sunday, July 22.
The new date will still serve as the season opener for the DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series, which has a heavy fall schedule for its championship run.
Next up for the DIRTcar Pro Stock Series is a big July weekend with events on Friday, July 6, at Autodrome Granby and Saturday, July 7, at Autodrome Drummond, setting the stage for the July 22 makeup event at Cornwall.
The rescheduled events create a huge month for Cornwall, which also will welcome the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for the first time in track history on Sunday, July 29.
