A battle on the banks of the Oswego River is up next for the DIRTcar Pro Stocks, as the penultimate points-paying race of 2025 awaits.

The Series visits Fulton Speedway in Fulton, NY, on Friday, Oct. 3, as part of the track’s annual Outlaw 200weekend.

Drivers will battle in a 30-lap Feature paying $1,500-to-win.

Joining the Pro Stock drivers on the card are the Empire Super Sprints, DIRTcar Modifieds, and DIRTcar Sportsman.

Here’s a look at what to watch for at Fulton:

Closing In On 6: After a seventh-place finish at Land of Legends Raceway last weekend, Pete Stefanski is closing in on his record sixth DIRTcar Pro Stock Series title.

The Wheatfield, NY driver holds a 24-point lead over Tyler Bushey, and a 28-point lead over Marc Lalonde with two points-paying races remaining.

Stefanski has found more success than any other driver at Fulton in his career, winning four of his nine Series starts. He’s also finished on the podium seven times, including in each of the last six races.

A win this weekend would be Stefanski’s 31st career DIRTcar Pro Stock Series win.

Trying to Keep Pace: Bushey and Lalonde are both trying to keep pace with Stefanski after earning top-10 finishes over the weekend at Land of Legends.

Bushey, from Heuvelton, NY, has only made one Series start at the 3/8-mile track in his career, finishing fifth in 2022. He’s searching for his third career Series triumph.

Lalonde, meanwhile, has never raced in a Series event at Fulton Speedway and will add another facility to his list of tracks before he retires from full-time competition at the end of the season.

The Plantagenet, ON driver is aiming for his second career Series victory, and first since 2013.

No Repeat Winners: The DIRTcar Pro Stock Series has raced seven times in the 2025 season, and a different driver has won each of them.

That trend could continue this weekend as a few drivers who haven’t reached the win column yet in 2025 are expected to be in attendance. Along with Bushey and Lalonde, 2023 Series champion Luke Horning will try to go back-to-back at Fulton this weekend, after holding off Beau Ballard and Stefanski for the win last year.

The Gloversville, NY driver narrowly missed out on a win last weekend, finishing second to Shane Playford in the Series’ return to Land of Legends.

Devon Camenga is another driver to watch at Fulton this weekend. The Troy, NY competitor finished sixth in last year’s appearance, and his only Series top five this season came on a 3/8-mile track at Brewerton Speedway in August.

Drivers who have a chance at their second Series win of the season, who are expected to be in attendance on Friday, are Playford, Stefanski, and Rich Crane.
