Brownstown, Ill. – June 21, 2012 – Larry Anderson of Clay City, Ill., charged to victory on Thursday night at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Ill., to become the eighth different winner in as many nights on the DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals tour.
Anderson earned $1,000 for the win which saw him hold off NASCAR veteran Kenny Wallace in the closing laps for the victory. Wallace finished second for the second night in a row after starting on pole. Ed Roley of Mattour, Ill., finished third ahead of Chad Kinder of Newton, Ill., who climbed from 15 th to finish fourth. Brian Beilong of Summerfield, Ill., rounded out the top five.

The DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals returns to action Friday night at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, Ill., where Mike Harrison bested 41 other DIRTcar UMP Modified drivers for his second win on the tour in 2011.
