CONCORD, NC — Sept 1, 2018 — After hearing Will Krup’s appeal on Thursday, August 30, 2018, the DIRTcar Appeal Commission has determined to uphold the original penalty that was issued regarding his violation of the DIRTcar Racing Event Procedures.
The penalty is upheld in its entirety.
As a member in good standing, and according to Section 12 of the Series Rule Book, a request for review by the Chairman Potestas may be considered.
