Persistent Rain Forces Volusia Speedway Park to Cancel Tuesday’s Races

BARBERVILLE, FL — Feb. 12, 2019 — Persistent rains throughout the area have forced Volusia Speedway Park and DIRTcar officials to cancel Tuesday night’s races at the DIRTcar Nationals.

Tuesday’s DIRTcar Late Model and Super DIRTcar Series shows will not be made up. DIRTcar Nationals will continue on Wednesday with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series and Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds, as originally scheduled.

Fans who purchased their tickets in advance will have their MyDirtTickets.com account credited within 48 hours. Fans who purchased tickets on the day of the race can send their tickets to the address on the back of the tickets (7575 Westwinds Blvd., Suite D, Concord, NC 28027) for a refund.

Those with pit passes can bring their pit pass to the track on Wednesday or Thursday to exchange for a single-day pit pass. Those who cannot attend Wednesday or Thursday’s event can mail their pit band back to the World of Outlaws and DIRTcar office at 7575 Westwinds Blvd., Suite D, Concord NC 28027)

Wednesday, Feb. 13: World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Models and Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds. Reserved tickets are $45, General Admission $39.

Thursday, Feb. 14: World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Models and Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds. Reserved tickets are $45, General Admission $39.

Friday, Feb. 15: World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Models and Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds. Reserved tickets are $45, General Admission $39.

Saturday, Feb. 16: World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Models and Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds. Reserved tickets are $45, General Admission $39.
