DIRTcar Summer NationalsCanton, IL — Canton, IL — July 8, 2009 — Spot showers that developed in the afternoon hours in Canton, Ill., have forced the cancellation of what was set to be the 21st leg of the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals at Spoon River Speedway.
