The clock continues to tick as Super DIRT Week XXXVII is right around the corner and ready to go fast forward beginning Tuesday, October 7 and lasting until Sunday, October 12 at the New York State Fairgrounds.
Race fans and teammates are strongly encouraged to get their tickets early and pick up special passes in advance to save time as the lines traditionally grow longer as the week carries on. Those individuals with the proper wristband will have the benefit of entering and exiting the fairgrounds throughout the night, while those without will have to return when the ticket booths open each morning at 8 a.m.
For everyone’s convenience, on Tuesday, Oct. 7 the NYS Fairgrounds’ gates will be unlocked for the first time at 12 noon and tickets will be sold until 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8 through Friday, Oct. 10, tickets can be purchased daily from 8 a.m. until 2 a.m. and on Saturday, Oct. 11 tickets can be bought from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. All booths are once again unlocked at 8 a.m. on ‘Super Sunday’ and remain open until race time.
The historic one-mile oval is located on the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse at I-690, just five miles off Exit 39 of the NYS Thruway. Enter through Gate #7 on State Fair Boulevard, then follow signs to Gate #10 to purchase tickets and pick up passes.
