Super DIRT Week Partners Continue to Bring Big Prizes For Drivers, Big Thrills For Fans

SRI Pole Award 2022

While Super DIRT Week enters a new era in year 51, the support from its partners continues to grow.

The event boasts a more than $400,000 overall purse and provides more than $18,000 in special awards across all four divisions (Super DIRTcar Series, DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman and DIRTcar Pro Stocks).

The support of several long-standing partners has been key to providing those prizes for drivers and making sure fans get to fully experience Racing’s Biggest Party.

Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux returns for its seventh consecutive season as the sponsor of the Super DIRTcar Series’ prestigious 200-lap Billy Whittaker Cars 200 (Sunday, Oct. 8), now paying $51,000 to win.

To make sure drivers and fans see the best on-track action, CASE Construction Equipment provided several machines to help turn the “Steel Palace” into the “Clay Palace.” 2023 marks the company’s second consecutive year as an event partner and as the official construction equipment company for the Super DIRTcar Series.

Chevrolet Performance Parts – the Official Sponsor of DIRTcar Racing – has been a partner with DIRTcar for more than 10 years. It returns as the title sponsor of the DIRTcar Sportsman Chevrolet Performance 75 and is providing DIRTcar Sportsman drivers with two chances to win a 602 crate engine.

Every DIRTcar Sportsman driver that registers for Super DIRT Week 51 will be entered into a drawing for the engine. Those who register before Monday, Sept. 25, will receive two entries. Also, the driver leading at the halfway point of the Chevrolet Performance 75 will be awarded an engine.

Hoosier Racing Tire – which sponsors DIRTcar’s Hoosier Racing Tire Weekly Championship – and VP Racing Fuels have become synonymous with Super DIRT Week and DIRTcar Racing throughout the northeast. Both will continue to supply tires and racing fuels, respectively, for competitors throughout the week.

For the special events, Bart Contracting Co. is again sponsoring the Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 2, which will benefit the American Cancer Society and Suicide Prevention. John Wight, owner of Brewerton and Fulton Speedways, is also supporting the event by covering all course fees. If you’re not part of the golf tournament, you can still donate to the causes at https://superdirtweek.com/golf-tournament/.

The fan-favorite Super DIRT Week Oswego City Parade will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at noon and be presented by Harborfest.

If you can’t make it to Oswego Speedway and experience Super DIRT Week in person, DIRTVision – the event’s official live broadcast partner – is set to make sure you don’t miss a second of the excitement. The new Quarter Midget & Microd Mania on Tuesday, Oct. 3, will be free for everyone to watch on DIRTVision. Then, the rest of the on-track action Wednesday, Oct. 4, through Sunday, Oct. 8, will be available with a DIRTVision FAST PASS subscription.

A plethora of special awards will again be available for drivers in all four divisions.
