Safety-Kleen Mr. DIRTcar Championship Competitors Seeking a Share of Nearly $100,000

DIRTcar sanctions 20 tracks plus BRP Modifieds in 2011 Mr. DIRTcar weekly competition

WEEDSPORT, N.Y. – April 12, 2011 – When Matt Sheppard and Glen Ridge Motorsports Park kicked off the battle for the 2011 Safety-Kleen Mr. DIRTcar
Big-Block Modified championship on Friday night in Fultonville, N.Y., it launched a new era in DIRTcar Racing.

There are 20 DIRTcar-sanctioned tracks in the Northeast Region, plus the DIRTcar-sanctioned BRP Modified Tour, and the teams that race in the weekly
Mr. DIRTcar program through Labor Day Weekend will be competing for their share of nearly $100,000 in cash and contingency awards made available by
Safety-Kleen, VP Racing Fuel, Hoosier Racing Tires and GM Performance Parts. That’s in addition to the more than $150,000 in cash and contingency
awards in the four DIRTcar Northeast Region series, raising the stakes to more than $250,000 available to DIRTcar competitors in the Northeast in 2011.

While the first series event is for the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds on Saturday (April 23), weekly DIRTcar events are now under way as Glen Ridge
started the action last weekend with not only the Safety-Kleen Big-Block Modified race but also Mr. DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds.

Geared for the weekly Friday-, Saturday- and Sunday-night racer, and still open to the touring pros, the Mr. DIRTcar titles are independent of the
Super DIRTcar Series and other DIRTcar tours.
