Hoosier Tire Weekly Championship Racing Update, May 5-7

Another week of Hoosier Tire Weekly Championship racing is in the books as we hit the beginning of May!

There were several changes on the top of the leaderboard: Peter Britten (DIRTcar Big Block Modified), Lance Willix II (DIRTcar 358 Modified), Mike Fowler (DIRTcar Sportsman Modified), and Chad Jeseo (DIRTcar Pro Stocks) are the current leaders of their respective divisions.

Airborne Speedway:

Lance Willix II cruised to the top of the leaderboard in his division with a victory in his DIRTcar 358 Modified.

Series Racing:

The Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modified Feature at Orange County Fair Speedway was postponed due to rainfall. They will next travel to Weedsport, NY to compete at Weedsport Speedway on May 28 in the Heroes Remembered 100.

Rain outs:

Albany-Saratoga Speedway, Brewerton Speedway, and Ransomville Speedway were all rained out. The Features were rained out at Glen Ridge Motorsports Park.
